The Sol Rhythm System and all associated materials are the original intellectual property of Dennis Joseph Arua Gray trading as Sol Rhythm.

1. The Sol Rhythm System

The Sol Rhythm System includes, but is not limited to:

  • the 13 cycle solar sidereal calendar

  • calendar structures and rhythm frameworks

  • daily rhythm methodologies and readings

  • solar frequency systems

  • biosynchronisation concepts and models

  • system architecture, logic, and symbolic structures

  • terminology, naming systems, and written works

  • visual symbols, diagrams, and original graphics

  • educational materials and digital frameworks

This includes both current and future evolutions of the system across physical, digital, and software formats.

Patent pending where applicable.

2. Ownership

All content on this website and within Sol Rhythm materials — including text, graphics, branding, symbols, and system structures — is owned exclusively by Sol Rhythm unless otherwise stated.

Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use the Sol Rhythm System beyond personal use unless explicitly provided in writing.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • view and engage with Sol Rhythm materials for personal, non-commercial use

  • share links to official Sol Rhythm pages

You may not:

  • reproduce or republish Sol Rhythm materials

  • distribute or resell any part of the system

  • create derivative works based on the system

  • teach, license, or commercialise the system

  • use Sol Rhythm intellectual property in products, courses, or software
    without prior written permission.

4. Commercial Use and Licensing

Any commercial use of the Sol Rhythm System requires written permission.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • teaching or facilitation

  • software or app integrations

  • product development

  • brand collaborations

  • translations or adaptations

5. Trademarks and Brand

“Sol Rhythm” and associated brand elements may be protected by trademark and trade dress laws.

Unauthorised use of Sol Rhythm branding, identity, or system naming in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or ownership is prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Sol Rhythm actively protects its intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief where applicable.
