Operator: Dennis Joseph Arua Gray trading as Sol Rhythm (“Sol Rhythm”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The Website, all content, and the Sol Rhythm System are the original intellectual property of Dennis Joseph Arua Gray trading as Sol Rhythm. All rights are reserved worldwide.

This includes, without limitation:

  • the Sol Rhythm System and methodology

  • the 13 cycle solar sidereal calendar

  • daily rhythm readings and frameworks

  • solar frequency systems and biosynchronisation concepts

  • written materials, terminology, symbols, and naming structures

  • visual design, graphics, and branding

  • digital and physical materials derived from the system

Patent pending where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

3. Personal Use Licence

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and any materials provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • use the Sol Rhythm System commercially

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Waitlist and Founding Members

If you join the Sol Rhythm waitlist or contribute as a founding member:

  • You agree to receive updates about the Sol Rhythm project and app development.

  • Founding member contributions support the development and global rollout of the Sol Rhythm app.

  • Founding member benefits will be honoured upon app launch as described at the time of contribution.

  • Development timelines are estimates only and may change due to technical, operational, or commercial factors.

8. Future Technology and App Development

The Website may reference future technologies, applications, or digital features. Any such references are informational and do not constitute a binding commitment to deliver specific features by a specific date.

Sol Rhythm reserves the right to modify, delay, or discontinue planned features at its discretion.
